I am an interdisciplinary Environmental Health researcher and Architectural Engineering academic who bridges building services technology, occupant well-being, and sustainable design.
My research examines the connection between ventilation, indoor environmental quality (IEQ), and human behaviour.
As an Associate Fellow of Higher Education (AFHEA), I pursue learner-centred pedagogy, embedding real datasets, reflective journals, and cross-campus collaboration.
Passionate about widening participation, I co-lead climate education programmes, deliver clean-air workshops in schools, and mentor pupils on STEM Leader awards.
I am also the communications manager for the Centre for Mind and Creativity Research (CEDAR) website and blog.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our three children, and going for long walks with our dog while listening to indie music.
